EXCITING NEW OFFERINGS AT TED’S BUTCHERBLOCK IN 2012
January 02, 2012
Starting in January 2012, we’re upping the ante on our weekend kick-off events with new menu options at “Friday Nights at Ted’s.” We’re now offering two specially-priced gourmet options designed to complement the wine selections featured at our popular Friday Wine Tastings, every Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. As always, guests at the Friday Wine Tasting can sample four featured wines in exchange for a $5 donation to the featured local charity, which is East Cooper Community Outreach for the first quarter of 2012.
Chef Eva’s Friday Night Supper — a gourmet restaurant-style meal, including dessert —is available for $14. We’re also adding a $12 Charcuterie Platter to the mix, featuring a selection of our new housemade pates, sausages, smoked meats, olives, cheeses and more. In-store diners are invited to enjoy these new Friday specials from 5 to 8 p.m., as well as a 10% discount on any of the featured wines. These specially-priced items are also available to-go if they are picked up by 6 p.m.
Also new this year is a Monthly Special at the Butcher Counter. In January, we’re offering a special price on Kurobuta pork chops, notable for their rich color, exquisite marbling, tenderness and flavor. Regularly priced at $16/lb., Kurobuta pork chops will be available for $14/lb. during the month of January.
