At the heart of our shop is the butcher counter. We offer a comprehensive selection of the finest, all-natural beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry, game and fresh seafood available. We’re also pleased to present a growing selection of housemade sausages and European and domestic salamis, bacon, cold cuts and more. Most of our meats and poultry are cut and ground to order, allowing us to ensure maximum freshness and provide customized service. Our knowledgeable staff is always available to answer questions and make suggestions on cuts and preparation techniques.
