Inspired by international specialties from around the globe, our chef continually experiments with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients to come up with a revolving menu of entrees, soups, salads and sides. The daily offerings at Ted’s include favorite standbys as well as changing features perfect for lunch, dinner and entertaining.

House Smoked Specialties

We house-smoke and grill a variety of specialties on the “Big Green Egg,” right outside our front door. Favorites like our sweetwood smoked baby-back ribs, housemade pancetta and fresh smoked Alaskan salmon are vacuum packed and ready to go in our cooler cases.
