Ravioli by Rio Bertolini
Instructions
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Throw into a pot of boiling, salted water. Heat 3-4 minutes until ravioli floats to the top. Drain and toss with a heated sauce or sautee quickly with sauce in a pan over medium heat.
Serving Suggestions
Many of Rio Bertolini’s ravioli are excellet simply tossed with olive oil, garlic and fresh grated parmesan or romano cheese. Serve with a garden salad.
