Instructions
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Toss in boiling, salted water and cook about 2-3 minutes until gnocchi floats to the top. Toss with heated sauce or sautee quickly with sauce in a pan.
Serving Suggestions
Try tossing in Ted’s pesto or simply toss with a good extra-virgin olive oil and freshly grated parmesan cheese. Serve with a garden salad.
