Reheating Instructions For Our Thanksgiving Menu
If you ordered cooked turkeys and prepared sides from our kitchen for Thanksgiving, you’re on the right path to a simple and delicious celebration! Gravy
Heat gravy over low heat in a heavy saucepan until it comes to the desired temperature. Add chicken stock if needed to achieve the desired texture.
Cranberry Sauce
Remove from the refrigerator about an hour before serving to allow it to come to room temperature.
SIDES
Place covered containers in an oven that has been pre-heated to 350°. Check after 15 minutes, and continue reheating until desired temperature is reached. Items should take between 15-30 minutes to reheat.
Heating Instructions for OUR PRE-Cooked Turkeys*
Under 15 lbs. - Preheat oven to 350°. Place covered turkey in pre-heated oven for 45-60 minutes. Remove cover for the last 15-20 minutes of reheating time.
Over 15 lbs. - Preheat oven to 350°. Place covered turkey in pre-heated oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover for the last 15-20 minutes of reheating time.
*Please note that oven temperatures vary and less or additional time may be needed depending on your oven and personal preference.
